Rings can be supplied in various qualities, ranging from low-grade rings such as HV140, via HV200 to HV300. HV300 corresponds with quality level 10.9. Rings are available in steel, brass, copper and stainless steel. The processing of steel rings includes the following options: untreated, galvanised, Geomet, hot galvanised or with a blue PTFE coating.

If you require rings in non-standard sizes, we can manufacture them for you. At first sight, rings may seem to be quite a simple product, but they are available in myriad types that meet DIN standards, while many other types of ring are tailor-made for specific projects. If you provide the blueprint, we will supply the correct ring. An extra processing step may include the pressing of a chamber into the ring, while a groove is made on the upper side of the ring. This allows for epoxy to be sprayed onto the bolt, ensuring even better locking.
